Shipping Information

Canadian Shipping

We ship all our packages inside Canada with Canada Post.

Packages ship from our Winnipeg fulfillment center within 1-5 days of your order being placed and are delivered direct to your door, community mail box or P.O. Box as indicated by you during your check out from our website.

Customers are encouraged to sign up for the Canada Post App for iOS or Android. The app provides you with access to everything you need to track and manage your parcels. Ensure to turn on push notifications to receive updates on your parcel's delivery status.

Other Details

Please be aware that because of the nature of our products, extreme temperatures (either cold or warm) may impact certain product during transport. Typically, when our products freeze or melt, simply returning them to a regular room temperature will allow the products to return to their normal state. While the visual appearance may change, we can assure you the efficacy of the products will remain intact. Please refer to our return policy for additional details.

 

Shipping rates and times

Inside Canada we offer three shipping service levels:

1. Free Standard Shipping for orders over $75.00

2. $9.95 Standard Shipping per order under $75.00

Note:

  • All shipping service times are indicated at checkout on our website and are calculated from the time the order is shipped from our fulfillment center and not from the time the order is placed. After placing an order your order will ship within 1-5 days.
  • Benefits associated with the Tiber River Happiness Perks rewards program may alter the available shipping options noted above.
  • Orders received in close time proximity to each other with the same address may be consolidated into a single shipment.
  • Tiber River wholesale customers are subject to separate shipping rates and terms and are not subject to this Shipping Policy.
  • All shipping options noted above are subject to change without notice.

 

Order Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking

number and link to enable you to track your package.

 

SavedBy Package Protection

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. WE do everything that we can to ensure your package gets to you, but in cases where issues arise, SavedBy can help.

Benefits of SavedBy Package Protection. Any order protected by SavedBy Package protection is fully covered from all forms of loss or damage. Should your package be lost or received damaged, simply initiate a claim with our Customer Service team or SavedBy and we'll ship you out another order immediately.

Don't want SavedBy Package Protection? Package protection through SavedBy is optional. Customers may 'opt out' from SavedBy package protection if they want. This can be done at any time by selecting the "Remove" option near the bottom of the checkout.
