We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In addition, you can also pay with Apple or Google Pay as well as ShopPay.

Of course you can. To cancel it before it ships, please email us as soon as you can at customerservice@tiberriver.ca. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll stop it and refund you the entire amount of your order.

Sometimes our shipping team is really fast and it isn't possible to stop your order from being shipped. In these instances, your order will not be able to be canceled however, you will be able to return your items as we offer a hassle free return policy.

Maybe... It really depends on whether or not your order has been shipped or not. If it hasn't, you're good. We can make any changes you like. If it has been shipped it cannot be changed.

It depends. Sometimes we do offer stackable discounts however, most of the time you can only use one discount code at a time in our checkout.

When we offer a discount, the promotion will clearly indicate whether or not the offer can be combined with other offers or not.

If your order is $75 or more, your order will ship to you for free! If your order is under $75 you will be charged $9.95 for shipping.

Generally, items that are not in stock are not listed for sale on our website. That said, if this happens, we will contact you to ask you how you would like to handle the situtation. Because we do not backorder, this would likely result in a substitution or a reversal of your order and refund.

Never. We pride ourselves on creating happiness and we're confident that having to pay to return something will not make you happy.

When we request your return item, we will always send you a prepaid shipping label to return it to us.

That said, while we will never charge you again for shipping, we also won't refund the shipping portion when you are returning items either. We know you'll understand. You did initially order the product after all and someone has to pay to ship it.

Absolutely! As soon as your order has shipped you'll be emailed a tracking number that you can use to get up to the minute updates on where your package is.

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages.

We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise, SavedBy can help.

SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

Do I need SavedBy?
